Return Policy

Apnea Pros accepts returns on any unopened product within 14 days of the original ship date. A processing fee of 15% will be subtracted from the original cost, and we will issue a credit to your account for the difference. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, unless it applies to our 30 Day Mask Guarantee.

Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in CPAP therapy and will happily answer any question that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.

Apnea Pros will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects if contacted within 10 days of the original ship date. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting. If necessary, a RMA number will be issued to you via email. Associated shipping cost to return merchandise to Apnea Pros is not covered in any warranty situation.

The policy above also includes all CPAP, BiLevel and APAP machines. A CPAP, BiLevel or APAP machine cannot be returned once the parcel is opened, whether any hours of usage are placed on the machine or not and are subject to the same return policy stated above. Most CPAP, BiLevel and APAP machines come with a manufacturer 2 year warranty for manufacture defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranties

Most CPAP, BiLevel and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at (844)361-0718 for troubleshooting and to verify the machine is still under warranty. If the warranty is still active, we will issue a RMA number. Warranty claim decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping the machine to Apnea Pros. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rental Machines are available to be used during this time if needed, please call our customer service for details on Rental Machines.

Manufacturers do not warranty against water damage or misuse. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have the options to have it shipped back to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (we will communicate the cost, and collect payment before the machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.
